Winning Beginning Early Childhood Advocacy day

“Investing in early childhood education is investing in the human capital for the 21st century!”

On February 3rd, Docs for Tots participated in Winning Beginning NY Early Childhood Advocacy Day. Winning Beginning NY supports investments and policies that promote children’s early education, health, socio-emotional, cognitive and physical development. Participants in Advocacy Day were able to visit with local legislators and strengthen the call for the Winning Beginning agenda.  As part of the Advocacy Day kick-off, Dr. Isakson joined with speakers that included a chief of police, a brigadier general, a parent of a young child, a NY business leader and a community activist to call for action on the Winning Beginning agenda from their unique perspective.
