Dr. Isakson Presented “Bridges to Health: The Medical Home and Early Childhood Systems” at Nassau University Medical Center (NUMC) Pediatric Grand Rounds November 13th. Dr. Isakson shared an important message: “Changing life and health trajectories happens in partnership. It happens when each child has an adoring, stable, nurturing caregiver in a safe environment!”
