ASAPP Celebration

The Advancing Support For Assistant Provider Pilot (ASAPP) recently held two events last week. On 1/14, Cohort 2 & 3 Group Family Childcare Providers and their Assistants enjoyed dinner together while receiving certificates, awards, and wellness gifts, and shared their positive experiences with ASAPP. One Assistant mentioned that attending the 7 p.m. meetings was a special time to invest in herself, while another shared that the program changed her perspective on children’s backgrounds and upbringing. A favorite highlight for many was receiving a stipend after each session. It was wonderful to hear the impact of ASAPP.
